Indian Pasta

Type of Dish - Vegetarian

Servings - 4-6 People

Ingredients
Olive Oil 1 1/2 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1 Cup
Chopped Beans - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Carrot - 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Italian Pizza Seasoning - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Pasta Sauce - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Cheese (Grated) - 1/2 Cup
Water - 500 ml to 750 ml
Black Pepper (Powdered) - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Fish Cut Pasta - 200 gms

Recipe -

  1. Add 1 1/2 tsp of Olive Oil in pan. Saute the chopped 1 Cup onion till it is golden brown.
  2. Add 1/2 cup Beans and 1/2 cup Carrot and Saute it till it is shallow fried.
  3. Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and saute it.
  4. Now add 1/2 tsp of soya sauce and keep on stirring the pan.
  5. In the mean time boil 200 gms of pasta with almost 750 ml water and add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper (powdered) with some italian seasoning accordingly. Also add 1/4 tsp of butter into it so that pasta don't get stick to each other.
  6. Rinse the pasta under cold running water.
  7. Now add this pasta to the pan in which all the ingredients were being stirred.
  8. Mix the ingredients well with pasta and toss it a little bit.
  9. Now add 1/2 cup grated cheese to the pan and let the cheese melt.
  10. Keep on stirring the ingredients.
  11. Add 3/4 tsp of salt or according to your taste. Add some Red Chilli Sauce and Pasta Sauce along with Italian Seasoning and red Chilli flakes.
  12. Keep on stirring it.
  13. Now add around 500 ml of water and keep stirring it. let the water come to a boil and here you are with your cheesy pasta.
I have tried it twice. It tastes awesome. This is for the first time I am writing a recipe so I might have left a couple of things. But give it a try atleast once and let me know how it tastes.
